GAF warranties through a certified contractor
Because we're GAF Certified, we can offer GAF's System Plus Limited Warranty (50-year non-prorated material protection) when Timberline HDZ is installed with qualifying GAF accessories. Warranty terms are set by GAF; we register your roof and give you the paperwork.
A complete GAF system
A shingle roof is only as good as what's under and around it. We pair Timberline HDZ with a self-adhered underlayment such as Polyglass Polystick or GAF's own, proper starter strips, hip and ridge caps, drip edge and ventilation, and we nail to the pattern the approval requires.
Approved for South Florida code
In Miami-Dade and Broward (the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone), every roofing product must carry a current Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) and be installed exactly to it; elsewhere in Florida it needs Florida Product Approval.
