New construction and additions are a different job from a re-roof. There's no old roof to remove, but the schedule depends on framing, sheathing and other trades. We fit into your timeline and communicate directly with your builder or GC.

Tying a new roof into an old one
Additions are where we see the most avoidable leaks. The transition between the existing roof and the new section needs proper flashing, matched underlayment and, with tile, a careful match of profile and color. If the existing roof is near the end of its life, we'll tell you. Sometimes it makes more sense to replace both at once so everything is under one permit and one warranty.
Materials
We install tile, shingle, metal and flat roof systems. In Miami-Dade and Broward, every product carries a current Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance.
