Repair, restore or replace?
Not every tired commercial roof needs a tear-off. We start with a walk-through and photos, check for trapped moisture where needed, and give you options:
- Repair when the problem is local: a drain, a seam, flashing around an AC unit.
- Restore with a silicone or acrylic coating when the roof is worn but still dry and sound.
- Replace when there's wet insulation, damaged deck or widespread failure.
