How the instant quote works
We use Google's satellite roof data to measure each section of your roof and its slope. Sloped roof prices cover only the sloped sections; flat sections (like a porch or addition) are measured separately for flat roofing. Then we multiply the measured squares by our current installed price for each roof type. Ranges assume a full tear-off and replacement. Not included until we inspect: rotted decking, extra roof layers and structural work.
