After receiving several quotes higher and lower we decided to use Big Al's simply for their professionalism and transparency. When they came out they told us exactly what needed to be done and gave us a complete listing of everything in the contract so there would be no surprises. Once they started they had a whole team working at the end of the day our house looked like no one had been here b/c they cleaned everything up as well. The work was done in about a week and a half more or less, so fast and our roof looks AMAZING!! Our neighbors and friends have not stopped complimenting us.

Dealing with contractors can be a difficult, and on the list of contractors, roofers must be right up there with the most unreliable, most difficult to work with... When asking for roofers it seemed that every recommendation came with some caveat. “They are good, but...” Thankfully for me I found Big Al’s Roofing. Dealing with them could not have been easier. Their prices were fair, quality of work was great and I never had to chase them. Bottom line...they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. And as simple as that sounds, I find it’s a rare trait these days among contractors. If you are looking for a reliable, fair priced roofer that stands behind what they say I would recommend Big Al’s. I personally wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

First word that comes to mind is, AMAZING!!! Big Al’s roofing is just that. After going through my own horrible experiences of roofers in miami, i was skeptical of having to use a new roofing company. I began researching different roofing companies through many sites, especially social media. Big al’s roofing definitely caught my eye. I immediately called Alvaro and he was out the same day to give me an estimate. He showed up when committed every time. He is extremely responsive to your needs and always has a can do attitude. What was even more impressive was that he had my roof cleared and papered in one day and completely finished on the third day after Inspection. Never seen that before. My husband and I were on a mission to find a roofing company that was self contractors, efficient, well-established, highly skilled, punctual, knowledgeable, and responsive. We researched and interviewed many companies but were not satisfied. We started reading through Blogs and found several people that used Big Al. Super Amazing! I called for an estimate. Not only was prompt to come out, but friendly and explained everything. Talked to me about options, and even gave me all of the tile pamphlets of options along with the estimate (no one else did that). One of the best prices, and came with higher included wood replacements and lower lumber charges. Once we signed up, communication was constant, with prompt response. When it came to do the week, a lot of workers showed up. They were fast and friendly (especially when my 3 year twins were running outside the house). Job was promptly done, permits/inspections all passed right away, and job looks great. I have already referred them to coworkers. Thanks Big Al's.
